About Klarity

Klarity (YC S18) uses GenAI to office tedious back-office work. Our customers include companies like Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, DoorDash, and Zoom. In 2024 we launched our second product, Klarity Architect; an AI product that helps users create detailed process documents in minutes. Within months of release, we were blown away by the level of demans. The product is flexible and we’re seeing traction with a number of use cases:

1. Finance & accounting teams creating Standard Operations Procedures

2. Compliance teams running analysis for SOX compliance

3. Consultants driving a major system implementation

This role requires a sharp, technical, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Product Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Klarity’s Architect product, guiding enterprise customers through complex onboarding and adoption processes.</p></li><li><p>Build a deep understanding of customer workflows and business requirements, translating them into tailored product solutions.</p></li><li><p>Lead compelling product demonstrations for senior-level executives.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Prompt Engineering and AI Flow Design</strong></p><ul><li><p>You will need to singlehandedly configure every layer of the architect stack. This will include, designing AI templates, prompt engineering, AI Operations</p></li><li><p>This will require constant creativity, agility and speed.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Product &amp; Workflow Design:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Engineer templates, build flow diagrams, and visualize enterprise workflows to solve customer problems.</p></li><li><p>Develop high-quality artifacts such as process flows, data models, and system designs.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with customers to define use cases and design customized solutions within the Klarity platform.</p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Product Design and Building:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Based on customer needs you identify, partner closely with Engineering teams make product enhancements.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring product features meet enterprise needs.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>3+ years in a customer-facing, solution-oriented role (e.g., consulting at Bain/BCG/McKinsey, Solutions Architecture or similar).</p></li><li><p>2+ Experience in Product Management or a closely related field that required “Product Thinking”</p></li><li><p>Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise workflows—creating detailed process flows, technical architectures, and end-to-end solution documentation.</p></li><li><p>Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate customer needs into AI-driven product configurations and closely collaborate with engineering teams on product enhancements.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience working with VP/C-level executives at large enterprises.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on familiarity with AI-driven technologies, prompt engineering, or automation tools—demonstrating a passion for “tinkering” and rapid iteration.</p></li><li><p>Track record thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments, driving complex customer onboarding/adoption, and delivering tangible outcomes under ambiguity.</p></li><li><p>Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable taking on new challenges, wearing multiple hats, and pushing the boundaries of product capabilities.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Benefits:</strong></h2><ul><li><p>Equity in addition to cash compensation</p></li><li><p>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</p></li><li><p>401k</p></li><li><p>\)100 Monthly Wellness budget
