We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading strategic cross-functional projects with direct engagement from the C-Suite. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing and coordinating complex initiatives, driving process improvements, and providing consolidated project and program reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic cross-functional projects that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with C-Suite executives to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources required.
  • Coordinate and oversee project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
  • Implement and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization, focusing on streamlining processes and optimizing project outcomes.
  • Provide consolidated project and program reporting to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of runbooks for Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and relevance.
  • Oversee cross-functional program management within the GTM framework, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to develop and implement roadmap strategies that enhance GTM effectiveness and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on overseeing all phases and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with the processes involved in launching products or services into a sales organisation
  • Candidates should be able to lead and mentor a team, particularly one that understands the GTM space.
  • Presentation Skills: The ability to present to various stakeholders, including sales teams, in a polished and professional manner.
  • While experience in IT or other fields is valuable, candidates must be able to adapt their skills to fit the GTM context, particularly in how they present themselves and interact with non-technical teams
  • Selling Ideas to Salespeople: The ability to communicate effectively with salespeople and sell ideas or strategies in a way that resonates with them
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the specific needs of the GTM space, even if their background is not primarily in GTM
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, can present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
