We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in leading strategic cross-functional projects with direct engagement from the C-Suite. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing and coordinating complex initiatives, driving process improvements, and providing consolidated project and program reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage strategic cross-functional projects that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with C-Suite executives to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resources required.
- Coordinate and oversee project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders.
- Implement and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization, focusing on streamlining processes and optimizing project outcomes.
- Provide consolidated project and program reporting to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage the development and maintenance of runbooks for Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and relevance.
- Oversee cross-functional program management within the GTM framework, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to develop and implement roadmap strategies that enhance GTM effectiveness and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field. Master鈥檚 degree preferred.
- Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse groups.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, can present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus.
