Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rust Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems programming and a deep understanding of security principles, with proficiency in Win32 API, macOS, and Linux environments. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, high-performance applications that operate across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust, secure software applications using Rust.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design system architecture.
Implement and optimize code for performance and security on Win32, macOS, and Linux platforms.
Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities within the codebase.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Rust programming and security best practices.
Document technical specifications and development processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Rust.
Strong understanding of systems programming and operating system concepts.
Proficiency in Win32 API, macOS, and Linux development environments.
Experience with security best practices, vulnerability assessment, and mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with cross-platform development challenges and solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python).
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
