Kaseya is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the development of scalable cloud software solutions using state-of-the-art technologies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in introducing major functionalities by contributing to both front-end and back-end development, with a primary focus on backend work. You will lead a highly skilled team of platform developers, testers, and DevOps professionals, collaborating within a cross-functional agile team responsible for delivering critical updates product.

Job Responsibilities:
Take ownership of code and work closely with other team members to develop new features and address reported defects efficiently. Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to discuss requirements, propose solutions, estimate work, and collaborate through the entire lifecycle to meet deadlines. Design, develop, and integrate solutions that can be shipped on time while complying with standards for usability, security, stability, reliability, and performance. Lead the team in adopting best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in .NET full-stack development (C#).
- Experience in relational databases.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Jenkins, Github, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and design skills.
- Extensive experience in the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Flexibility and proactiveness with a strong desire to deliver quality solutions.
- English Language proficiency: B2 minimum.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with React and Typescript.
- Proficiency in designing GraphQL/REST APIs.
- Experience with OpenID Connect.
- Experience with AWS services.
- Familiarity with monitoring and metrics gathering tools.
- Expertise in performance optimizations.
- Experience with microservice architecture.
