Title: Lead Engineer – Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
Location: Miami, FL (USA)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM).
  • Develop technical specifications and design documents to support system requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications with other enterprise systems.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects effectively.
  • Stay up to date with Oracle Fusion Cloud advancements and implement best practices in projects.
  • Collaborate with product teams to analyze and fulfill business requirements.
  • Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
  • Provide technical support for other corporate systems and technologies as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • In-depth technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including ERP, SCM, and HCM.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security, integration frameworks, reporting, extensibility, and architecture.
  • Experience with tools like BI Reports, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and integration frameworks such as SOAP and REST APIs.
  • Functional knowledge of flexfields, workflows, approval processes, and business process management (BPM).
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices and integration methodologies.
  • Familiarity with application development frameworks, such as ITIL, DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and Scrum.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
  • Proactive approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Preferred certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead team efforts to design and implement solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high coding standards.
  • Manage integrations with third-party vendors and systems for a seamless application ecosystem.
  • Develop and deliver technical documentation to support operational efficiency.
  • Ensure "security by design" principles are embedded in all architecture and development processes.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience as a Lead Engineer or similar role in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Completion of at least one full implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP/SCM/HCM).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle PaaS solutions, including Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • At least 3 years of prior team leadership experience is mandatory.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.

Communication and Leadership

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams effectively.
