We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in data management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data analysis, reporting, and integration with various data sources. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions and improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and analyze data requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage data integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency across CRMs, ERPs, and other data sources.
- Utilize SQL and other query languages to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases and data warehouses.
- Work closely with IT teams to implement and optimize data models, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Lead initiatives to improve data governance practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data management, recommending and implementing best practices and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data management, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases, data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets, perform data analysis, and generate meaningful insights.
- Experience in integrating and managing data across multiple systems, including CRMs, ERPs, and other platforms.
- Experience in leveraging AI and automation tools for data management and analytics, with a focus on optimizing processes and improving data accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on MDM tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience with process automation tools and platforms such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), workflow automation, or scripting languages.
