Location: Miami, FL (USA)
Highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to help drive our important infrastructure organization projects to fruition.
Responsibilities
• Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules for IT infrastructure, End User technology and Security initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Help identify resources, both human and material, required for the project.
• Communicate with project stakeholders, team members and management.
• Update project status, progress reports and burndown charts.
• Facilitate meetings, discussions, and presentations as needed.
• Assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor task progress.
• Work with cross-functional teams.
Skills
• Experience defining business requirements and knowledge of business process definitions, application design/configuration and systems implementation and testing activities.
• Experience with training and support of end users.
• Exposure to Infrastructure, End-User and Security technologies.
• Excellent communication – oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills for guiding cross-functional teams and driving project success.
• Ability to develop effective and cooperative working relationships across multiple areas.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; minor or advanced degree in computer science preferred but not required.
Optional: PMP and/or other industry and project management certifications.
