What is this role all about?
As an SDE under our EAAS (Engineering as a Service) model, you will work on high-impact, client-facing projects building scalable full-stack applications. You’ll collaborate with global teams to solve complex engineering problems and deliver robust, high-performance solutions.

- You will design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java & Spring Boot
- You will build and scale microservices architectures for enterprise applications
- You will develop intuitive and responsive frontend applications
- You will translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You consistently deliver high-quality, scalable full-stack solutions while contributing to system performance, maintainability, and seamless client delivery.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
Here are the basic requirements:
- You have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Java development
- You have worked with Spring Boot and microservices-based architectures
- You have experience with frontend technologies like React / Angular / JavaScript
- You have experience building enterprise-scale systems
What are the most critical skills for this role?
- You have strong expertise in Java (multithreading, performance optimization)
- You have a solid understanding of frontend frameworks and REST API integrations
- You understand system design, architecture, and design patterns
- You are skilled at writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
You will have an advantage if you:
- You have experience working on B2B and SaaS-based products
- You have exposure to low-latency or high-throughput systems
- You have working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
- You enjoy solving complex technical problems in fast-paced environments
