Product Engineer– Kapco Grafton, WI

Primary Responsibilities
Serves as customer facing subject matter expert as it relates to assigned customers procedures, processes, and standards.
Involved with understanding the roadmap of new customer projects, new product launch timing, phasing out old product timing, channel/customer driven NPI (New Product Introduction) projects, and engineering change activities.
Work with Customer and internal teams to lead processing of engineering changes. Activities include: Initiating tooling or process changes, ensuring order/doc. revision alignment, inventory disposition, pricing alignment.
Internal continuous improvement project involvement, serving as customer SME representative, also updating of Engineering Master information.
Work with Customer and internal teams to lead processing items moving to low volume or obsolete status. Activities include: Initiating tooling or process changes, ensuring raw material plan is aligned, inventory plans in place, and pricing alignment.
Deliver timely reports and presentations to internal stakeholders and external customers, including relevant metrics and information related to the product line or category.

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a minimum of 3 years direct industry experience.
