Kantar’s Worldpanel division is searching for a dynamic, collaborative and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our global Project Management organization. This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of our exciting vision for the future!

Role’s mission

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our newly created Global Operations PMO to help shape its future, spearhead end-to-end transformation initiatives as well as lead the planning and delivery of high impact projects alongside multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key outcomes

  • Lead with impact as a trusted partner to Operations, Product, Technology and Commercial teams by understanding their interdependencies and ensure alignment on business needs (e.g., scope, resourcing, timelines).
  • Coordinate, plan, implement and deliver assigned projects through their full lifecycle following the Global Operations PMO Framework.
  • Plan projects and drive progress to ensure that scope, budget and timelines are successfully achieved.
  • Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes.
  • Define and manage appropriate metrics and KPIs to effectively monitor and report on progress to project teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Solve problems by assessing project performance and identify areas for improvement by challenging and balancing inputs and inter-dependencies.
  • Manage constraints and risks with appropriate mitigations to ensure projects are executed with maximum effectiveness to deliver the defined outcomes.
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organization.

Key Capabilities

Your background will ideally look like this…

  • Proven project management experience.
  • Considerable knowledge on Project Management Waterfall and/or Agile Methodologies.
  • Has obtained at least one of the following certifications: PMI PMP and/or Prince2 Practitioner.
  • Possesses full business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum).
  • Proven track record successfully delivering strategically important projects, achieving pre-defined and tangible results.
  • Shows interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate, and enhance performance within a cross-functional matrix environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.
  • Ability to understand the business and strategic goals in relation to the managed projects.

  • Enjoys actively looking for new and more efficient ways of improving processes, raising standards, reducing errors, and overcoming omissions.

  • Is highly collaborative and adaptable with the ability to work effectively within different cultural and technical environments.
  • Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in order to comfortably connect with partners at all levels across the organization and facilitates discussions in a constructive manner.

The following, although not mandatory, will be appreciated…

  • Strong project management experience within any of the following: operations, technology, consultancy, retail or market research.
  • Demonstrable project management experience of shaping and delivering multi-regional transformation projects.
  • Previous experience working within a multicultural business environment and developing solid working relationships with clients and colleagues from different countries and cultures.
