Job Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance in-house applications and interfaces integrated with ERP, Data Warehouse, and other business systems.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate them into new tools, applications, and features.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve existing applications.
• Create documentation and deliver training to ensure effective adoption of developed solutions.
• Drive application efficiency, user satisfaction, and compliance with HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science with 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong full-stack web development skills using PHP (Laravel), Python (Flask), JavaScript/TypeScript (React), SQL, and Git.
• Experience with Azure and Docker; knowledge of C#/.NET, Apache, MS SQL Server, and Azure DevOps is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, manage projects end-to-end, and collaborate across teams.
• Fluent English; experience in large international organizations, engineering/energy industries, Requirements Engineering, and German language skills are a plus.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 3200 EUR/month

This amount is our minimum offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience, and qualifications.
