Senior Project Manager

Let's start with the role 

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and proactive Senior Project Manager to coordinate our internal resources for the execution of high-value strategic projects. Based in Athens, Greece, you will report to the Head of the Project Management Office and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Lead cross-functional project teams of up to 25 internal personnel;
• Lead, coach, and mentor project team members to ensure high performance;
• Define project scope and objectives, gather requirements, and secure sign-off;
• Facilitate the conversion of high-level project scope and objectives into actionable tasks;
• Create and manage project plans; track project progress and timelines; identify and resolve issues to ensure project success;
• Identify resource requirements, milestones, and deadlines. Utilize project plans and schedules to monitor all activities;
• Communicate project progress, risks, and adjustments to stakeholders regularly;
• Utilize best practices and online gaming knowledge throughout project execution to continuously improve deliverables;
• Collaborate with Business Development, Compliance, Product, Development, Finance, HR, Legal, Customer Service, and other internal teams;
• Contribute to developing and implementing project management best practices, templates, and tools;
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other project managers;
• Organize and deliver project lessons learned.

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of project management experience, ensuring timely and accurate execution, and maintaining inter-team alignment;
• Experience in online gaming will be considered an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills;
• Proven knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices;
• Strong familiarity with PM Tools (e.g MS Project, Wrike, GanttPro, Asana etc), MS office, especially Excel & Powerpoint;
• Hands-on experience in business analysis (a plus);
• Ability to handle complexity, with a strong bias for action and the capability to focus and prioritize to execute effectively and efficiently;
• Solid organizational skills including collaboration, attention to detail, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills;
• Strong stakeholder management;
• Strong presentation skills. Comfortable with presenting to executives and senior key stakeholders;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be considered an advantage.
