Let's start with the role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to lead strategic projects within the Gaming & Rewards Vertical and act as a coordinator and liaison for the vertical in organization-wide projects. Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to the Senior Gaming Operations Manager, this role will coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope, while maintaining high standards of quality.

 

As a Project Manager, you will:
  • Lead the planning of projects aimed at launching the products of the Vertical in new countries, coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor the progress of expansion projects, adjusting strategies as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership within the Product Vertical to create customized market entry plans.
  • Act as the focal point of the Vertical for international expansion projects, collaborating with key stakeholders from external divisions to meet aggressive goals.
  • Undertake special projects that require cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational processes, project statuses, and expansion initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on market entry progress, challenges, and outcomes, as well as the status of cross-functional projects and in-vertical ceremonies/initiatives.
  • Utilize best practices and Online gaming knowledge throughout project execution to continuously improve deliverables.
  • Organize and deliver project lessons learned.

What you'll bring

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. 
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be considered an advantage.
  • Over 2 years of project management experience or in roles managing team delivery flow, ideally within technical teams or online products, ensuring timely and precise execution while maintaining inter-team alignment.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams with excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, capable of interpreting data, delivering insights, and assigning actions to relevant teams.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
  • Effective presentation skills, comfortable presenting to executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Proficient in PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Wrike, GanttPro, Asana) and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
