Let's start with the role

As a Product Analyst in the Gaming & Rewards vertical at Kaizen Gaming, you will play a crucial role in shaping product performance measurement, defining key questions, and scaling analytics methods to support our growing business. Your data-driven insights will be instrumental in informing product roadmaps and improving gaming features for the Gaming & Rewards product team. Essentially, you are the one, if you think data is the answer, when your team asks your opinion or searches for the truth. The role is situated within the Gaming & Rewards product vertical in a fast-paced environment. This position requires adaptability and eagerness to enhance the company's product offering through data-driven decision-making.

Data is central to Kaizen Gaming's decision-making process, and product analysts are critical in evangelizing data-driven decision-making across all operations. As a Gaming & Rewards -  Product Analyst (Data & Research), you will lead the way for high-quality, high-velocity decisions for Gaming & Rewards’ diverse product teams.

We're looking for a great storyteller who can use data to help inform product roadmaps and ensure that any new feature or design launched is continually improved through data insights and impactful stories. Your input will be core to decision-making across all major product strategies and initiatives for new feature development and ongoing product improvements.

As a Product Analyst you will

  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and product metrics for the Gaming & Rewards product team
  • Identify and highlight customer pain points, gap & opportunities across gaming products and user journeys
  • Extract actionable insights using data analytics, visualization, and modeling techniques
  • Inform product and design teams during discovery phases
  • Measure the impact of new features post-launch
  • Develop and communicate well-organized & recurring performance  reports
  • Collaborate closely with BI, Digital Analytics, CX, and UX teams for a 360° view of our users' experience
  • Support our experimentation process with statistical rigor
  • Analyze A/B test results in fast-paced product development cycles
  • Contribute to expanding our internal experimentation framework
  • Facilitate prioritization and product strategy formulation for Gaming & Rewards

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of product analytics experience in consumer internet or high-growth environments
  • Experience with A/B experiment impact assessment in fast-paced product development cycles
  • Comfort with dashboard creation in Looker, Full Story, or other relevant product-focused data tools
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills to effectively share insights and influence stakeholders
  • Independence in establishing data analysis priorities
  • Detail-oriented, impact-driven, and customer-centric approach to data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to share insights and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to translate complex data insights into compelling stories for various stakeholders
  • Experience working closely with product management teams
