Then, you can be are our new colleague, Fit-Out Retail Project Manager for Romania. You are going to be part of support department arranging the stores for Retail department. You will report to Ionut Luca, Store Concept Manager for Romania.

Job Description

 What can you expect to be doing, day to day?

  • You have the overall responsibility for coordinating and planning of all store openings activities in close cooperation with Development Manager, Store Concept Manager and Retail in the country
  • You are making the overall planning for all projects - fit-out, rearrangements or new openings

  • You will oversee the execution of and quality control on opening/fit-out activities and monitors the time planning and ensure that the preparations of  activities and project planning are executed accordingly (in collaboration with the relevant Development Manager and District Manager)

  • You will supervise the preparation of the technical project and execution details;

  • You will initiate, maintain, and expand contacts with multiple relevant external parties (contractors, suppliers. etc)

  • You will ensure that the preparations of fit-out/rearrangements/opening activities and project planning are executed accordingly (in collaboration with the relevant Development Manager and District Manager)

  • You will observe everyday processes, procedures and systems and provide input and advice regarding improvement opportunities

  • You are following up on and being a daily manager for the store opening Team members

  • You are responsible person for documentation and reporting and for the training and coaching of own store opening team members

  • You will carry out your activity in the field, with frequent travel

  • Technical abilities 
  • Fluent English (both written & verbal)
  • Driving license it is a must due to travel activities
  • Friendly and “customer first” oriented attitude
  • Ability to organise own work, to communicate efficient, to prioritise workload to meet deadlines; Multitasking
  • Ability to support the team and to motivate them, especially in the pick times
  • Initiative, good team skills and flexible personality
  • Positive, problem solving attitude
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
