WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT  

As Finance Operations Manager you will be responsible for defining, designing, and driving the global standardization and optimization of finance processes across JYSK. This role ensures efficiency, governance, and alignment with business objectives by overseeing the end-to-end process and collaborating with stakeholders across finance, procurement, IT, and business finance. 

This position also serves as Product Owner (Agile Finance), prioritizing the tasks of the agile team while ensuring solutions meet business requirements and bridging the gap between finance and IT. 

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job includes: 

  • Leading a team of Finance specialists responsible for Global Finance Processes to achieve their goals and ensure professional growth. 
  • Define and maintain a global process framework, ensuring standardization, scalability, and compliance with internal controls and external regulatory requirements. 
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Set and prioritize tasks for the finance agile team, aligning development efforts with strategic goals. 
  • Translate finance business requirements into clear and actionable IT deliverables. 
  • Act as key finance stakeholder in the S/4HANA Migration and Transformation

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING  

We are looking for a new colleague who: 

  • Have solid background within finance 
  • Have a relevant master’s degree 
  • Quickly master complex systems and have a flair for IT 
  • Pays attention to details and execute tasks with a high-level of quality and accuracy 
  • Have people and communication skills and communicate fluently in English
