Job Description
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying product updates, troubleshooting production issues, automating operational processes, and implementing customer-driven integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy product updates, patches, and bug fixes in production environments
- Implement customer-requested integrations with internal and external systems
- Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve production incidents
- Perform root cause analysis for system and application issues
- Build automation tools and scripts to reduce errors and improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Manage and provision infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
- Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes
- Configure and manage databases, including performance tuning and optimization
- Handle database configurations, backups, and security best practices
- Manage SSL/TLS certificate validation and renewal processes
- Design and maintain monitoring, logging, and visualization solutions
- Troubleshoot and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and services
- Manage Azure instances (VMs), networking, and storage configurations
- Work with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) for identity and access management
- Design and document procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
Requirements & Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Python or Ruby or Any Programming Language
- Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure, including Azure instances, networking, and cloud services
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) for identity management
- Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and configuration
- Experience in certificate management and validation (SSL/TLS)
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
