Working in a collaborative Agile environment, you will partner with developers, system engineers, and cross-functional engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle—from early concept validation through certification—to ensure high-quality, reliable, and compliant solutions.

In addition to hands-on vehicle testing, you will support test planning, coordinate test activities, and contribute to continuous improvements in testing methodologies and engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute vehicle testing activities during early product development.

  • Test and validate ADAS, Active Safety, Driver Support, Efficiency, Productivity, and connected service functions.

  • Prepare test vehicles by performing ECU software updates and configuring vehicle systems.

  • Install, configure, and maintain vehicle data logging and measurement equipment.

  • Collect, manage, and analyze vehicle data to support engineering analysis and data-driven development.

  • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault tracing on vehicle electrical and electronic systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve technical issues through root cause analysis.

  • Support certification and regulatory compliance activities, including vehicle safety validation.

  • Document test procedures, results, observations, and provide clear technical feedback to engineering teams.

  • Coordinate vehicle availability, test schedules, and test equipment to ensure efficient execution of testing activities.

  • Drive continuous improvements in testing methods, tools, and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.

  • Experience in vehicle testing, validation, or automotive product development.

  • Strong understanding of vehicle electrical and electronic systems.

  • Experience with vehicle diagnostics, ECU software flashing/updates, and automotive communication protocols such as CAN.

  • Experience using vehicle data logging and measurement equipment is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

What We Offer:

  • A dynamic and innovative workplace driving advancements in cutting-edge robotic technologies

  • The opportunity to collaborate with talented cross-functional teams on meaningful and impactful projects

  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package

  • A supportive culture that fosters continuous learning, growth, and professional development

  • Flexible hybrid working model for an optimal work-life balance

  • 25 days of annual leave to recharge and relax

  • An annual wellness allowance of 3,500 SEK to support your health and wellbeing
