About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior SAP Test Manager to lead all testing activities within a large-scale SAP transformation program. The role is critical in ensuring end-to-end solution quality across SAP modules, integrations, data flows, and technical components.

As SAP Test Manager, you will own the complete testing lifecycle, from strategy definition to go-live readiness, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, maintain, and govern the overall test strategy, test plans, and quality standards.

• Lead and coordinate all test phases, including SIT, End-to-End testing, UAT, regression, and performance testing.

• Manage and align testing activities across SAP workstreams, business teams, and external vendors.

• Own defect management, including triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking.

• Ensure test environment readiness, test data availability, and effective use of test management tools.

• Provide clear status reporting, risk assessments, and go-live readiness recommendations to stakeholders.

• Lead, mentor, and support test teams, including business testers and system integrator partners.

• Drive continuous improvement by increasing the level of test automation across the SAP landscape.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA programs

• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and complex integration landscapes

• Solid expertise in structured testing methodologies and modern test management tools

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders

• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
