About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP EAM Tester to support ongoing and upcoming S/4HANA transformation initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of SAP solutions by leading and executing testing activities within SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to validate business processes, ensure seamless integrations, and contribute to successful transformation delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute test strategies for SAP EAM within S/4HANA programs
Validate end-to-end business processes, particularly within SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) and related MM flows
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across SAP systems
Ensure quality assurance throughout implementation and migration phases
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and test teams to define and validate requirements
Support defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking
Contribute to test automation and continuous improvement of testing practices
Work within Agile/Scrum teams, actively participating in ceremonies and sprint activities
Utilize tools such as Microsoft DevOps for test management and tracking
Requirements:
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP testing, with a strong focus on SAP EAM
Proven experience in S/4HANA implementations and migration projects
Solid understanding of SAP Fiori applications and user experience validation
Strong knowledge of integration flows between SAP and external systems
Deep expertise in SAP PM work order processes, with familiarity in SAP MM processes
Experience working with Microsoft DevOps in SAP environments (highly desirable)
Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional and distributed teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
