About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Expert Embedded Test Architect – Software Platforms to support the development and validation of embedded software systems within a collaborative, agile environment. This role is focused on strengthening software quality practices across the lifecycle of embedded platforms used in advanced transport solutions.

You will play a key role in driving test strategy, improving automation capabilities, and ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system architects, and quality engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans for embedded software platforms

• Validate embedded software and hardware against functional, performance, and safety requirements

• Design and implement scalable automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage

• Work with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems to support integration and system-level validation

• Identify, analyze, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement

• Promote best practices in software quality, testing methodologies, and test automation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle

• Support knowledge sharing and mentor team members on testing tools, frameworks, and strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong background in embedded systems testing, particularly within automotive or similar domains

• Hands-on experience with Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments

• Proven track record of developing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools

• Solid understanding of software quality assurance principles and lifecycle processes

• Experience working in agile development environments
