Core Development is a global team of technologists who architect, build and maintain our world-class trading platform. From optimizing our core trading engine to building custom hardware, we leverage software & hardware engineering, data science and research, to deliver the infrastructure and tools that drive our trading and business needs.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with traders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions.
• Design, code, test, deploy and support reliable software applications efficiently to help business grow
• Perform comprehensive testing to ensure accuracy, stability, and minimize financial risk
• Foster a positive working environment and maintain strong relationships within the team
• Other duties as assigned or needed

Skills You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in python programming, proficient in Python development and Linux environment
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset, strong ownership
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to testing and quality assurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a humble and cooperative attitude
• Team player who values collaboration and shared success
