We’re seeking a highly experienced and driven Product Owner to lead the evolution of our mission-critical Front Arena platforms across global equities and equity derivatives trading. In this pivotal role within Global Markets, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology, trading, and risk, shaping the strategic direction and delivery of best-in-class trading, analytics, and risk management solutions.

With deep roots in financial markets and a proven ability to bridge complex stakeholder needs, you'll drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining the roadmap to overseeing agile delivery and ensuring rigorous quality assurance. You’ll collaborate closely with traders, quants, risk managers, and tech teams across Zurich, Singapore and Mumbai, translating front-office demands into powerful, scalable solutions that power our market-making and trading activities.

We're looking for a strong team player who combines a decade-long expertise in Front Arena, hands-on experience in equity derivatives trading environments, and exceptional stakeholder management skills, someone who speaks both ‘trader’ and ‘developer’ and can navigate high-pressure conversations with confidence and precision.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Roadmap Definition: Defining and executing the strategic roadmap for Front Arena analytics, trading, and risk management tools
• Stakeholder Management: Engaging with traders, platform managers, quants, risk managers, operations managers and various other stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specs
• Product Development: Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of new features for several equity derivatives trading desks
• Project management and business analyst: Support in the redesign/implementation of market making, trade position management, life cycle management, risk management and trade booking systems
• Quality Assurance: Serving as the last line of defence in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure tools are fit for purpose, performant, and compliant with regulatory requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• 10-15 years of Front Arena experience overall and in depth understanding of key technologies used
• Ideally 5+ years Front Arena development experience or equivalent development experience
• Experience working in agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum) and DevOps practices
• Extensive experience of working with trading floor stakeholders, 3-5 years of front, risk, or mid office experience ideally
• Extensive experience and knowledge of equity and equity derivatives products in European and Asian structured products
• Proven track record in delivering Front-office trading or analytics tools
