- Build and manage program budgets (forecasting, tracking, variance management, and trade-offs).
- Establish governance: operating cadence, executive updates, RAID (risks/assumptions/issues/dependencies), and change control.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders; surface decisions needed and provide clear options/recommendations.
- Coordinate releases and readiness (definition of done, acceptance criteria, cutover plans where applicable).
- Continuously improve delivery practices, templates, and metrics to increase transparency and predictability.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 7+ years of program/project management experience delivering product or technology programs.
- Experience delivering in a hybrid (Agile + Waterfall) environment.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Project for planning and tracking.
- Demonstrated budget responsibility, including forecasting and ongoing financial tracking.
- Strong data fluency (e.g., working with data engineering/analytics teams; understanding data quality, pipelines, governance impacts).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting.
- Experience delivering internal applications (enterprise workflows, operational tools, platforms).
- Certifications: PMP/PgMP, CSM/SAFe, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
