Job Summary:
As an Implementation Project Manager in the Payments team, you will lead end-to-end client onboarding for complex treasury product implementations. You will be the single point-of-contact for clients, guiding them through every step and ensuring a seamless experience. You will help translate business requirements into actionable solutions, manage expectations, and drive projects to successful completion.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead global client onboarding and implementation projects for payments and receivables solutions
• Serve as the project manager and primary point-of-contact for assigned implementations
• Deliver a first-class, end-to-end client experience during complex treasury product implementations
• Manage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice
• Scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed specifications
• Document project scope, meeting agendas, minutes, and plans using MS Office tools
• Update workflow tools for status tracking and document repository
• Establish timelines and dependencies to exceed expectations
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving and awareness of risks and client impacts
• Escalate issues as needed to remove obstacles and ensure project success
• Foster teamwork and positive results through collaboration

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Passion for delivering consistent, exceptional client and partner experiences
• Project management experience
• Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environment
• Strong communication, partnership, and influence skills
• Adherence to policy and procedures; ability to meet or exceed established SLAs
• Proficiency with collaboration tools (WebEx, Zoom, etc.)
• Willingness to learn and implement new, API-driven technologies
• Urgency in resolving issues and advancing projects
• Payments and receivables experience or eagerness to learn
• MS Office Suite proficiency
• Ability to assess, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Project management experience with complex treasury implementations
• Consulting or business analysis experience in ERP, systems integration, or API space
• Experience with workflow tools for project tracking
• Participation in business resource groups or innovation initiatives
• Experience leading teams through the adoption of AI-enabled analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to improve operational efficiency and accuracy, reduce manual effort, and support consistent, well-controlled execution through coaching, change adoption, and continuous improvement
