💪🏻 Core Tasks

• You become the primary point of contact for the customer, providing system training, assisting with issues, implementing source code, and understanding when system expansion is required
  
• In project work, you are the key figure for the successful implementation of our software solutions at the customer's site, making them delighted.
• You develop solutions for our customers and share responsibility for our success and customer satisfaction.
• You enjoy, at times, collaborating with the sales team in the presales phase.

🔐 Key Requirements

• Your foundation: Ideally, you already possess professional experience in time tracking/access control and have a background in IT through education or a related degree.
• Your Hard Skills: Handling software products is not a challenge for you; you can program (preferably in C#, with basic SQL knowledge), are familiar with Windows operating systems, and can read and adapt source code.
• Your Soft Skills: You are communicative and confident, adaptable to different conversation partners, eager to present the added value of our software to the customer, and can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Your Language Skills: For your role with us, you can demonstrate fluent Dutch (C1) and good English (B1) skills. If you also speak French, we would be pleased, but it's not mandatory.
• Your Willingness to Travel: You have a Class B driver's license, indicating your strong service orientation and readiness to travel
