1.Responsible for the administration and maintenance of the PLM servers, Patching and Upgradation. Also, Responsible for delivering support to JE PLM.

2.JE PLM applications support

3.CAD Integration Support

4.Resolve User Issues raised through Ticketing system

5.Teamcenter server installations and upgrades

6.Support Server Maintenance Activities

7.Support JE PLM CAD Integration

8.License Management

9.Deployment of data model changes and changes to configuration

10.User registration and administration
