机械加工高级工程师

Job Description

岗位职责：

• 为机械加工生产线提供技术支持与工艺优化
• 开发维护加工流程（锯切/磨削/抛光/AOI检测）
• 监控良率、废品率、OEE等关键指标
• 实施质量改进措施，优化生产周期
• 建立标准化作业体系
• 推动单件流生产模式

岗位要求：

• 本科及以上学历，机械/制造或机电相关专业
• 有一定的机械加工相关经验或者有志于从事机械加工行业的应届毕业生
• 有一定的故障排除能力，在客户交付日期和工作压力下保持专业
• 有一定的学习能力和意愿
• 以客户为中心，愿意学习并努力工作
