Safety DRI Engineer (Direct Responsible Individual)

Hauptaufgaben

• Fachtechnische Beratung in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Brandschutz und Umweltschutz in allen Betriebsteilen des Standortes Schaffhausen
• Sicherstellen der Einhaltung der Schweizer, Europäischen und J&J Gesetze / Vorgaben / Richtlinien nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik
• Teilnahme an Projekten
• Durchführung von Kontrollen auf Bau- und Arbeitsstellen mit Nachverfolgung von Massnahmen
• Beratung beim Einsatz von Arbeitsmitteln und Arbeitsverfahren
• Beratung / Überwachung des Themas Persönliche Schutzausrüstung an Arbeitsstellen
• Durchführung von Schulungen diverser Themen aus Arbeitssicherheit, Brandschutz und Umweltschutz
• Durchführung von Sicherheitsaufgaben als Posten wie z.B. als Brandwache, Retter, Absturzsicherer
• Führen / Auswerten von tätigkeitsbezogenen Reports und Statistiken
• Mitarbeit in der praktischen Umsetzung des Arbeitsschutzes durch Erstellen von Richtlinien, Vorgaben, Anweisungen. Unterstützung der Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung der daraus resultierenden Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil

Sie haben optimalerweise einen Studiengang im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit, Safety Engineering oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation als Sicherheitsingenieur/ Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit abgeschlossen. Neben einer analytischen Denk- und strukturierten Arbeitsweise, sowie einer ausgeprägten Team-, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit bringen Sie zudem auch folgende Qualifikationen mit:

• Ausbildung zum Sicherheitsingenieur, Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, ASGS (Spezialist für Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz), Sicherheitsfachmann nach Regelwerk SUVA
• Mindestens 4-6 jährige Berufserfahrung im Arbeitsbereich auch in leitenden Funktionen und Projektarbeit
• Kenntnisse in IT-Systemen und MS-Office
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eigeninitiative, um Projekte zur Verbesserung des Qualitätsniveaus voranzutreiben
• Ausbildung als Bediener von Hubarbeitsbühnen nach IPAF, VSSA, DGUV, oder die Bereitschaft dies zu erlangen
• Ausbildung im Grundmodul Absturzsicherung PSAgA nach DGUV, oder die Bereitschaft dies zu erlangen
• Ausbildung als Brandschutzhelfer/ Firewatcher/ Mitglied einer freiwilligen Feuerwehr, oder die Bereitschaft dies zu erlangen
• Erfahrung im Umgang/ Einsatz von Flurförderzeugen (ggf. Ausbilder Flurförderzeuge)
• Die notwenige gesundheitliche Eignung, um aufgeführte Qualifikationen dauerhaft auszuführen
