Role Overview

As a Test Engineer, you will work closely with engineering, production, and contract manufacturing teams to define testing needs, build reliable automated test solutions, and resolve issues that affect product performance, repeatability, and throughput.

What will you do?

  • Work with the engineering design team to determine product testing requirements and parameters.

  • Develop and document test plans, test cases, automated test equipment (ATE) modes, and test station specifications.

  • Design and support PC-based ATE for high-volume electronic manufacturing.

  • Create ATE test sequences in the LabVIEW programming environment.

  • Support existing test platforms across hardware, software, and support functions.

  • Interface with internal production facilities and external contract manufacturers to support test execution and issue resolution.

  • Evaluate and qualify test systems, perform performance testing, and document results.

  • Troubleshoot test failures and streamline testing procedures to improve reliability and efficiency.

  • Prepare clear test reports and status updates for management.

How will you do it?

  • Own the quality of your test work with accountability, safety, and integrity while keeping test results traceable and well documented.

  • Stay close to the work by partnering with design, production, and manufacturing teams to remove obstacles quickly and keep issues moving toward resolution.

  • Use hands-on problem-solving and continuous improvement to analyze failures, confirm root cause, and strengthen test performance over time.

  • Work methodically with LabVIEW, NI TestStand, and related test equipment to build repeatable, stable sequences and validate product behavior.

  • Collaborate as one team across engineering and supplier partners, sharing clear feedback and valuing different perspectives.

  • Document changes, findings, and recommendations clearly so the team can act quickly and maintain consistency across test stations.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree in engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or an equivalent technical field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Test Engineer or in a closely related test development role.

  • Experience developing Automated Test Equipment for electronic products.

  • Experience with RF product lines such as ISM Bands, ZigBee, WiFi, Z-Wave, or cellular communication.

  • Hands-on experience with LabVIEW and test automation tools such as NI TestStand.

  • Familiarity with USB, GPIB, RS232, and I2C instrument communication.

  • Ability to develop test plans, test cases, and station specifications from engineering requirements.

  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

What do we offer?

  • Comprehensive benefits package.

  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.

  • Supportive and inclusive work environment.

  • Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being.

  • Engagement in meaningful projects that make a difference.
