Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Senior AI Developer to join our Enterprise Automation & AI team.

This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying next-generation AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Power Platform, and AI Agents to transform business processes and improve employee productivity across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, Automation Teams, and IT delivery organizations to build scalable AI solutions that combine Generative AI, Intelligent Automation, Machine Learning, and Enterprise Data Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered business solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI Services.
  • Build and maintain enterprise AI Agents that automate business processes and enhance employee productivity.
  • Develop custom copilots, conversational AI assistants, and knowledge management solutions.
  • Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SAP, Salesforce, , and other enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and transform business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), MVPs, and production-grade AI applications.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories.
  • Support prompt engineering, AI model evaluation, optimization, and governance activities.
  • Design and develop Power Platform solutions incorporating AI Builder, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot capabilities.
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including:
    • Solution Design Documents (SDD)
    • AI Architecture Documentation
    • Deployment Runbooks
    • Operational Support Guides
  • Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI applications, integrations, and automation solutions.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies, Microsoft AI roadmap, and industry best practices.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

Mandatory

  • Strong programming experience in:

  • Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with SAP, Salesforce, , or Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Experience with Power Platform AI Builder.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and Azure Machine Learning.
  • Experience developing enterprise-grade AI Agents and multi-agent solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 8+ years of software development, automation, or digital technology experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise technology projects in complex environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
