Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience to join our Bangalore team. You will work on Salesforce design, development, integration, and support activities across enterprise applications, while partnering closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Flow.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and deliver end-to-end Salesforce functionality, including custom development and integrations.
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, and support event-driven architecture where applicable.
• Develop clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code aligned with Salesforce development standards.
• Review and optimize existing solutions to improve performance, maintainability, and reusability.
• Support code reviews, technical discussions, deployment activities, and release management in an Agile delivery environment.
• Maintain Salesforce object schemas, metadata, data models, and security controls.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business and platform requirements.
• Provide guidance to other developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing within the team.

• Own your work with accountability by delivering secure, reliable, and well-governed Salesforce solutions.
• Stay close to the business need, ask the right questions, and remove technical blockers early.
• Improve every day through code reviews, root-cause analysis, and continuous refinement of design and delivery practices.
• Work as one team by collaborating openly with architects, product owners, developers, and stakeholders across locations.
• Balance speed with quality by applying platform best practices, testing thoroughly, and thinking ahead about scalability and supportability.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, or configuration.
• Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with working knowledge of Aura, Visualforce, and Flow.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, object schema, and platform best practices.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and contributing to technical design decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Experience collaborating in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, or Advanced Administrator.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including B2B with LWR.
• Exposure to Experience Cloud, Salesforce integrations at enterprise scale, or cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SLDS, and version control or CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, or Jira.
