Duties:
- The position shall provide Technical Engineering leadership for Computer Vision Machine Learning based application development projects
- Lead project teams and drive project execution, within acceptable cost, quality, and schedule
- Understand product requirements, prepare concepts/proposals, define execution plan, align stakeholders on delivery schedules
- Creates,
analyzes technical requirements todetermine the best technical solution for complex problems or projects of difficult scope- Resolve software/schedule conflicts arising out of integration
- Facilitates communication with stakeholders for roadblocks, dependencies and ensures team stays productive
- Ensure quality deliverables from the team, perform design / code reviews, develop plans on test strategy
- Stay abreast of the latest technological changes in the areas of CVML and introduces the same to the team
- Contribute via technical papers , presentations in area of CVML as well as support the team in the same
Required:
- 12 to 15 years of excellent experience in the areas of Computer Vision & Machine Learning
- Deep knowledge & experience of:-
- Image processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning
- Machine learning techniques, analysis, and algorithms
- Object detection, tracking and recognition.
- Mono & Stereo Camera Calibration & Imaging
- Stereo Camera & Lidar 3D data processing, 2D and 3D Transformations
- Building production-grade Neural Network models using Computer vision techniques
- Proficiency in: -
- Python, C++
- Image Processing and computer vision libraries like OpenCV
- Programming with strong experience in Data structures, algorithms
- Deep Learning fundamentals and experience with frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Caffe , Scikit
- Common Data science tool kits,
- Edge Compute - Embedded OS, Linux
Desired :
- Experience in Robotics
- Sensor fusion of Camera, LIDAR, RADAR, GNSS etc.
- Experience working with AWS tools
- Experience with ETL tools, MLOps
- Experience of Deere Products and relevant domain
Education:
- Bachelors / Masters / PhD in Electronics / Computer Science Engineering or similar
