Main Responsabilities
- Performs basic product
design , testing and/or analysis work for a defined portion of a project. - Operates in a team environment, providing input to
design solutions and participating indesign reviews. - Develops recommendations within established guidelines; work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation.
- Customize Linux distributions to meet specific project requirements and optimize performance.
- Integrate various software components and packages into Yocto-based embedded systems.
- Work closely with internal teams to integrate software components into embedded systems and ensure compliance.
What Skills You Need
- Expertise in C/C++ programming language.
- Understanding of firmware and embedded software development.
- Understanding of microcontrollers or other processors such as ARMs, DSPs or PSoCs.
- Knowledge of Embedded Systems.
- Knowledge of microcontroller peripheral such as I2C, UART, SPI, PWM, boot loaders,etc.
- Basic knowledge of software version control.
- Conversational English
What Makes You Stand Out
- Knowledge in Embedded Linux / RTOS.
- Knowledge in Linux build systems such as Yocto or BuildRoot.
- Knowledge in Python or Bash.
Education
- Bachelor’s in Robotics and Digital Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.
