As a Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 working on the John Deere Dealer Business System program, based in Indaiatuba/SP, you will have a unique opportunity to work on a large-scale global application. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to develop their skills alongside their team members.

Main Responsibilities

  • Convert business requirements into high-quality solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing;
  • Hands-on development with a dedicated agile delivery team focused on the design, development, and delivery of solutions;
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to demonstrate, refine, and continuously improve our products;
  • Work alongside the Product Owner and Functional Consultants to develop a deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE platform;
  • Coach and collaborate with other software engineers on the team;
  • Lead solutioning and technical design as well as review work of other engineers;

Skills You Need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (proof will be required);
  • Advanced English (broad vocabulary, good grammar, leads meetings, negotiates, and conducts training);
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) development;
  • Experience with software test automation techniques;
  • Ability to analyze, translate, and define business requirements into technical solutions;
  • Ability to analyze and resolve application issues;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Indaiatuba/SP.

  • Experience in extending the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform through configuration and code;
  • "Full Stack" experience with a combination of service development experience using technologies like C#/.NET and JavaScript/React;
  • Experience with Cloud platforms;
  • Collaborate with various business stakeholders to deliver information technology solutions.
