Your Responsibilities
As a Module Mgr, Hydraulics - Power Generation & Actuation for JD AG Engineering located in Waterloo, IA (preferred) Ankeny, IA, or Silvis, IL you will:
- Owns TDP, ISDP, PDP & CI of hydraulic modules
- Leads and oversees a diverse global team of individual contributors & supervisors
- Serves as a module project engineering champion
- Develop and take ownership of comprehensive global budget and resource plans
- Accountable for meeting cost/ quality/ timeline/ budget/ spec for the full solution
- Owns the module strategy roadmap encompassing all agricultural products (respective area)
