Job Description
Primary ResponsibilitiesĀ
Work with business and product owners to develop new features and improve existing featuresĀ
Work with software architects and team leadership to modernize legacy web applicationsĀ
Work in agile environment to deliver new features and enhancements on an iterative release scheduleĀ
Daily support and maintenance of web applications for the production divisionĀ
Quality assurance documentation and testing to ensure that business expectations and project goals are fully realizedĀ
Creating project artifacts such as requirements documents, design documents and implementation plansĀ
Working with in-house technology teams to optimize application and database performanceĀ
QualificationsĀ
5+ years in developing web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and ASP.NETĀ
Highly proficient in writing frontend code using JavaScriptĀ
Experience with ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET MVCĀ
Sound knowledge of software design patterns and principlesĀ
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server including writing complex queries and stored proceduresĀ
Strong problem solving skillsĀ
Experience with working in an agile development environmentĀ
Experience with modernizing legacy web applicationsĀ
Experience with Microsoft TFS or similar source code management softwareĀ
Outstanding interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff levels
Qualifications
ASP.NET MVC, C#, Web API
