MUST HAVE: 

• 4+ engagements lasting more than 9 months in a Java developer role 

• 5+ years Java & J2EE 

• 3+ years JSP 

• 3+ years Hibernate 

• 3+ years Spring 

• 3+ years Drools 

• 3+ years WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 

• 2+ years Oracle 

• 2+ years ESB/Web Services 


NICE TO HAVE: 

• JIRA 

• Supporting WCAG 2.0 

• Web app testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium/WebDriver 

• Acceptance testing, including tools such as Cucumber
