Description
• More than 8 years of experience in Devops operations
• More than 3 years of experience in leading or managing cross geographical devops engineers
• Experience in managing release and deployment of ATG/Oracle Commerce based large scale eCommerce applications
• Experience with release management using tools like Hudson, Jenkins or custom build tools
• Experience with management of production systems deployed to customer owned equipment in leased data centers
• Understanding of CentOS, and Ubuntu
• Understanding of IP Networks and Protocols
• Understanding of Shell Scripting / Linux command line
• Understanding of web servers like apache
• Understanding / Experience in environment provisioning tools like Chef, Puppet etc.
• Experience in administrating version controls tools like GIT, SVN etc.
• Expert experience in building and maintaining enterprise software tools
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in the infrastructure required to serve web applications
• Experience in Agile Scrum software development
• Excellent communication skills including written and spoken English with high attention to detail
• Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast paced environment.
• Good teaching and coaching skills.
