Job Description
We are seeking for a Senior Proposal Engineer to lead the development of technical and financial proposals for large-scale multidisciplinary engineering projects. This role involves managing the entire proposal lifecycle, from analyzing RFPs to preparing cost estimates and schedules, ensuring compliance with set processes and standards.
Job PurposeThe purpose of the Senior Proposal Engineer role is to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our proposal processes. This includes standardizing processes, templates, and documentation; implementing and managing go/no-go evaluation frameworks; and mentoring junior engineers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Lead technical and financial proposal development for large-scale multidisciplinary projects
- Implement and manage go/no-go evaluation frameworks
- Standardize proposal processes, templates, and documentation
- Prepare cost estimates, work breakdown structures, and BIM-integrated schedules
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Technical Proposal Development expertise
- Financial Proposal Development competency
- Proficiency in Cost Estimation
- Strong understanding of Project Management Software
- BIM Expertise
- Extensive experience in Proposal Lifecycle Management
- Proven track record in Mentoring
- Exceptional Collaboration skills
- Experience in managing Go/No-Go Evaluation Frameworks
- In-depth knowledge about Standardization of Proposal Processes
