Reporting to the VP, Solution Development and Innovation, this role owns product direction and product lifecycle outcomes for Central Pay, Audit and Compliance, Reconciliation, and Pharmacy Quality and Performance solutions. The role ensures these solutions are customer-centered, operationally scalable, compliant, commercially viable, and continuously improved based on voice-of-customer, market dynamics, internal performance insights, and evolving payer/PBM requirements.

The role partners closely with dedicated provider network contracting, legal, compliance, operations, finance, technology, commercialization, and customer-facing stakeholders, but does not directly manage the contracting lifecycle.
The Group Product Owner also supports Elevate's transition into medical payer contracting by identifying solution requirements, workflow needs, pharmacy enablement capabilities, data/reporting requirements, operational dependencies, and product implications associated with medical payer participation. This work is performed in close partnership with the Sr Director, Elevate Provider Network and internal and external stakeholders responsible for medical payer relationships, network strategy, contracting, operations, compliance, and commercialization.

Build feedback loops with pharmacies, internal users, operations, finance, and customer-facing teams to continuously improve Central Pay capabilities.
Audit and Compliance Solution Ownership
Oversee product roadmap and enhancement priorities for PSAO Audit and Compliance solutions, including tools, workflows, reporting, communications, readiness materials, and pharmacy-facing support capabilities.
Partner with compliance, legal, operations, audit support, customer-facing teams, and technology stakeholders to ensure audit and compliance solutions are accurate, scalable, well-documented, and aligned to applicable requirements.
Translate compliance trends, audit patterns, pharmacy pain points, and operational insights into product requirements and improvement opportunities.
Support development of audit readiness and compliance enablement capabilities that help pharmacies understand obligations, respond effectively, reduce risk, and improve performance.
Define success metrics for Audit and Compliance solutions, including issue resolution, pharmacy engagement, compliance readiness, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation indicators.
Reconciliation Solution Ownership
Oversee product strategy and roadmap priorities for reconciliation capabilities that support payment transparency, issue identification, exception tracking, dispute support, and customer-facing visibility.
Partner with finance, operations, technology, analytics, and customer support teams to define reconciliation workflows, data requirements, reporting needs, and scalable resolution processes.
Identify opportunities to improve reconciliation accuracy, speed, transparency, customer usability, exception management, and reporting consistency.
Ensure reconciliation capabilities are connected to Central Pay, audit/compliance, customer support, and broader PSAO solution workflows where appropriate.
Define and monitor reconciliation KPIs, including cycle time, issue volume, resolution rates, customer adoption, reporting usage, and operational efficiency.
Pharmacy Quality and Performance Product Ownership
Oversee product strategy and roadmap priorities for Pharmacy Quality and Performance solutions, including quality measures, performance reporting, clinical or payer program requirements, pharmacy enablement, and outcomes-based performance opportunities.
