Accountabilities:

You will apply your web development knowledge to evaluate AI-generated code and technical reasoning, identify weaknesses, and provide structured feedback that improves model performance. Your work will combine practical coding expertise, critical analysis, and clear technical communication.

• Engage with AI models on realistic web development problems, including front-end implementation, interactive components, and application logic.

• Evaluate the accuracy, functionality, and design quality of AI-generated solutions.

• Assess modern UI/UX practices, responsive layouts, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Review semantic HTML, modular CSS, React component architecture, and design system implementation.

• Evaluate Next.js applications, including server-side rendering, dynamic routing, and client-server interactions.

• Analyze API-driven interfaces, performance optimization techniques, and other common web development challenges.

• Identify model errors, reasoning gaps, implementation weaknesses, and recurring failure patterns.

• Document reproducible error traces and explain technical issues clearly, showing the reasoning behind your assessments.

• Provide actionable feedback to support improvements in prompt engineering, model reasoning, and evaluation metrics.

• Apply practical development standards to help make AI-generated web solutions more reliable, accessible, maintainable, and production-ready.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong practical web development experience and the ability to evaluate technical solutions critically. You should be comfortable explaining your reasoning, identifying subtle implementation issues, and communicating complex concepts in a clear, structured manner.

• Professional experience in web development, particularly modern front-end development and UI/UX implementation.

• Strong knowledge of React and component-based architecture.

• Familiarity with Next.js, including server-side rendering and dynamic routing.

• Proficiency in semantic HTML, modular CSS, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.

• Understanding of API-driven development, client-server interactions, web performance, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Ability to assess code quality, identify technical errors, and validate the correctness and practicality of implementation choices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to recognize recurring patterns.

• Clear written communication skills and the ability to explain technical reasoning step by step.

• A self-directed working style and the ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in web development, computer science, digital design, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A portfolio featuring production-grade React or Next.js projects, experience with design handoffs, or contributions to open-source front-end libraries is an advantage.
