-
At least 12 years of progressive experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence, including at least five years in a people-management or leadership role.
-
At least five years of experience with modern cloud data platforms, such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, or equivalent technologies, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment with ambiguity, changing priorities, and expanding responsibilities.
-
Working knowledge of AI-assisted development and analytics tools and their potential to improve team productivity.
