Accountabilities

• Design clear, structured, and user-centered content for complex product features, helping users understand and successfully navigate digital experiences.
• Define and standardize content patterns that promote consistency, clarity, and coherence throughout the product experience.
• Create, curate, and optimize content artifacts designed for AI-powered experiences, improving how users interact with intelligent product features.
• Ensure consistency across products and touchpoints by aligning tone, style, terminology, and messaging.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, research, and other multidisciplinary teams on strategic decisions from a content and user experience perspective.
• Apply UX methodologies and user-centered principles to identify content needs and improve product experiences.
• Develop and maintain voice and tone manuals, content guidelines, and style guides.
• Contribute to information architecture and ensure content is structured in a way that supports intuitive navigation and usability.
• Design content experiences appropriate for mobile-first and responsive web environments.
• Participate in user testing, interpret findings, and use insights to refine content and user experiences.
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI-driven experiences, applying content expertise to make interactions more effective and understandable.
• Use AI tools strategically to increase productivity, improve workflows, and support content development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Languages and Literature, Editing, Marketing, or a related field.
• More than 4 years of experience working in software, digital products, or applications as a UX Writer or in a closely related role.
• Professional-level Portuguese proficiency with strong written communication skills.
• Strong writing, editing, grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
• Online portfolio demonstrating relevant UX Writing and digital product projects.
• Practical knowledge of UX methodologies such as Design Thinking, User-Centered Design, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience creating or applying voice and tone manuals, content standards, and style guides.
• Knowledge and practical experience with information architecture.
• Understanding of mobile-first and responsive web best practices.
• Experience conducting and interpreting user testing and applying findings to improve product experiences.
• Ability to design, manage, and continuously improve AI-powered user experiences.
• Practical experience using AI tools to optimize content-related tasks and workflows.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience working with e-commerce products is desirable.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices is a plus.
• Experience working on digital products serving users across multiple countries is an advantage.
