This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a (Technical Targeter- Virtual Operations) Cyber Technical Analyst Principal (TS/SCI with Poly Required) based in United States.

The Cyber Technical Analyst Principal is a senior technical and analytical professional supporting mission-focused cyber and intelligence activities.
This role combines targeting expertise, data analysis, technical research, and exploitation support to turn complex information into actionable intelligence.
You will develop targeting strategies, evaluate large volumes of data, identify meaningful leads, and support projects across classified environments.
The position requires strong analytical judgment and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly through written products, briefings, and project documentation.
You will collaborate with government and intelligence community stakeholders to coordinate information sharing and advance mission objectives.
Experience spanning HUMINT, cyber collection or exploitation, telecommunications, and technical research can be particularly valuable in this environment.
This is an onsite position in Warrenton, Virginia, requiring U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Accountabilities:

    • Support Intelligence Community cyber activities and mission requirements through advanced targeting, analysis, and technical research.
    • Apply 8+ years of targeting, analytical, or exploitation experience, including substantial experience supporting customer targeting activities.
    • Develop and execute targeting strategies aligned with mission objectives and project requirements.
    • Work with customer databases, analytical platforms, exploitation tools, and classified data repositories to identify relevant information.
    • Assimilate and evaluate large volumes of information from multiple sources, including all-source traces, technical projects, and imagery.
    • Convert complex data and research findings into actionable project leads and mission-relevant outputs.
    • Conduct appropriate internet research and leverage publicly available information to support project environments.
    • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customer organizations, U.S. government stakeholders, and Intelligence Community partners to facilitate effective coordination and sharing of leads.
    • Apply advanced analytical, writing, and briefing skills when communicating targeting research and project findings.
    • Support missions involving HUMINT information, cyber collection, and technical exploitation.
    • Contribute to counterintelligence targeting activities and evaluate technical information for counterterrorism targeting and reporting purposes.
    • Pursue and drive projects against defined targets while maintaining focus on mission objectives and requirements.
    • Prepare concise project summaries, requirements, correspondence, cables, and targeting packages.
    • Present technical and analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Support coordination of project activities and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
      • 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated expertise in targeting, analysis, or exploitation.
      • At least 3 years of experience supporting customer targeting activities.
      • Demonstrated experience supporting Intelligence Community cyber activities.
      • Strong experience working with customer databases, analytical platforms, exploitation tools, and classified information environments.
      • Proven ability to develop and execute targeting strategies and transform complex information into actionable leads.
      • Experience analyzing large datasets and information from multiple sources, including technical and imagery-related material.
      • Strong research, analytical, writing, briefing, and presentation skills.
      • Experience with HUMINT mission information, cyber collection, or exploitation activities.
      • Experience in counterintelligence targeting or as a HUMINT targeter is preferred.
      • Knowledge of telecommunications environments, including cellular and computer networks, is preferred.
      • Foreign-language proficiency, particularly Arabic or Farsi, is a plus.
      • Experience working with classified data repositories and Intelligence Community systems is preferred.
      • Ability to produce concise project summaries and requirements for non-technical audiences.
      • Experience drafting and coordinating mission-related correspondence and targeting documentation.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with government, customer, and Intelligence Community stakeholders.
      • Must be a U.S. citizen.
      • Must possess an active/current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
      • Ability to work onsite in Warrenton, Virginia.
      • Benefits:

        • Annual salary range of $124,092.80–$207,251.20.
