Accountabilities:

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding engineering teams through the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are technically robust, scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will combine architectural leadership, hands-on engineering expertise, and mentorship to support successful project delivery.

• Lead the technical direction and implementation approach across development teams, from solution design through deployment.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs involving performance, reliability, scalability, security, and customer impact to deliver effective solutions.
• Define and maintain technical documentation, repository management practices, branching strategies, pull requests, and development workflows.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to influence architecture decisions and technical roadmaps.
• Review code, resolve complex technical issues, and ensure engineering standards around quality, security, and performance.
• Guide teams in applying best practices for software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and participation in engineering communities.
• Support Agile delivery processes and help teams translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across projects by coordinating implementation efforts, dependencies, and engineering priorities.
• Contribute to the evolution of cloud-native applications, CI/CD practices, and modern engineering approaches.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack engineer with strong technical leadership capabilities and expertise in .NET, Angular, and Azure technologies. You should have a proven ability to design enterprise solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

• 7+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in:
  • .NET technologies
  • Angular
  • Azure cloud services
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate with global development teams.
  • Experience leading Agile software development teams and delivering enterprise-level solutions.
  • Proven ability to adapt and implement high-level architecture based on project and client requirements.
  • Experience validating architecture implementations and contributing to broader technical strategy.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, preferably with Java or C# experience.
  • Proficiency in software architecture design using approaches such as UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural styles, design patterns, SOLID principles, and OWASP security practices.
  • Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical decisions across teams.
  • Ability to define technical strategies and guide implementation across multiple teams or product areas.

  Additional preferred experience:

  • Experience refining technical requirements, user stories, and definitions of done.
  • Ability to coordinate technical execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native application development practices.
  • Experience working with modern engineering tools and delivery frameworks.
