Staff Product Manager - Email Marketing

Accountabilities:

• Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered email marketing capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead the evolution of intuitive email creation experiences, including drag-and-drop editors, reusable templates, responsive design tools, collaborative editing, and AI-assisted content generation.
• Drive the development of intelligent campaign automation features, including lifecycle journeys, sequence builders, personalization, predictive recommendations, and AI-powered workflow creation.
• Oversee campaign delivery capabilities such as scheduling, timezone-aware sending, send-time optimization, and scalable marketing automation workflows.
• Build advanced reporting, analytics, and experimentation capabilities that measure campaign performance, customer engagement, conversions, and product adoption.
• Own audience management, subscriber preferences, consent management, and compliance-related features supporting global messaging regulations.
• Conduct customer research, usability testing, competitive analysis, and product discovery to continuously improve the user experience and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, AI, analytics, customer success, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality product releases while defining clear product requirements and success metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including significant experience building SaaS products, marketing technology platforms, or email marketing solutions.
• Proven success delivering highly adopted customer-facing products such as visual editors, drag-and-drop builders, WYSIWYG interfaces, or content creation platforms.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI and machine learning capabilities, including generative AI, prompt-based workflows, predictive optimization, or intelligent automation.
• Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, customer discovery, user journey mapping, and writing detailed product requirements.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining product metrics, instrumentation, A/B testing frameworks, funnel analysis, and measuring customer adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills with experience collaborating across engineering, design, AI, analytics, and commercial teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for simplifying complex workflows into intuitive customer experiences.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, drip campaigns, dynamic content generation, or email marketing platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with localization, multilingual product experiences, or global customer engagement solutions is considered an advantage.
