Accountabilities:

The Spring Boot Back-End Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend solutions while contributing to technical improvements and team evolution. The role requires ownership, collaboration, and strong engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Main responsibilities include:

• Participating actively in the software development lifecycle, from solution conception to implementation and delivery.
• Developing scalable and efficient backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Contributing to continuous improvements in architecture, development processes, and technical practices.
• Maintaining clear and transparent communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Participating in technical discussions, meetings, and activities according to project needs.
• Reviewing code from other developers and providing constructive feedback to ensure quality standards.
• Documenting technical processes through written documentation, diagrams, and architectural references.
• Supporting the adoption of best practices in software engineering and development workflows.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a backend developer with solid experience building enterprise-level applications and working with modern software ecosystems. The role requires technical depth, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in agile environments. Required qualifications and skills include:

• Strong professional experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
• Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with messaging systems and asynchronous processing, including Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Generative AI solutions and integration with AI platforms.
• Knowledge of LLM integrations, AI agents, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience implementing observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and contribute to team growth.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of Go (Golang) programming language.
