As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building and scaling innovative software solutions that transform how people engage with complex information at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, to design, implement, and maintain features that leverage AI-assisted development tools. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing user experience, accelerating development velocity, and integrating advanced technologies into the platform. You will be empowered to shape development processes, influence architecture, and implement AI-driven solutions while maintaining high code quality standards.
Accountabilities:
- Write, maintain, and test high-quality software code using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to develop engaging, scalable features.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, improve quality, and support debugging.
- Build and integrate AI agents, agentic workflows, and third-party APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
- Support internal teams by providing engineering expertise and troubleshooting solutions.
- Contribute to the refinement of AI-first development practices, tooling, and workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize architecture, systems, and codebase performance.
- 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience in JavaScript or TypeScript; 2+ years in Python, Ruby, Java, Go, or Rust.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
- Experience with web technologies, frameworks, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, testing practices, and unit tests.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and improve AI-generated code.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams, including remote work environments.
- Preferred: Experience with React, Django, Kubernetes, Docker, RAG patterns, and vector databases.
- 💰 Competitive salary range: $150,000 – $170,000 USD.
